oz. Religion Blanco Tequila
6 Muddled Green Olives stuffed with Orange
1 Tbsp Wasabi Paste
Tabasco – to taste (minimum 1tsp)
1 shot Olive Brine
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp Worchester Sauce
Load of fresh Cracked Pepper
Good splash of Port

Tools: Muddler, Shaker
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime wheel; Optional salted rim

Muddled olives, wasabi paste, Tobasco and olive brine, fresh pressed lemon, worchester sauce, fresh cracked pepper and loads of Blanco tequila with splash of tawny port-shake and strain-served with a slice of cucumber and a skewer of olives
