1 OZ OF PINEAPPLE & ORANGE JUICE
SPLASH OF ORANGE LIQUEUR
SPLASH OF GRENADINE
Tools: Muddler, Shaker
Glass: Collins
Garnish: ORANGE wheel
Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Do not stir. Garnish and serve.

6 Muddled Green Olives stuffed with Orange
1 Tbsp Wasabi Paste
Tabasco – to taste (minimum 1tsp)
1 shot Olive Brine
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp Worchester Sauce
Load of fresh Cracked Pepper
Good splash of Port

Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime wheel; Optional salted rim
Muddled olives, wasabi paste, Tobasco and olive brine, fresh pressed lemon, worchester sauce, fresh cracked pepper and loads of Blanco tequila with splash of tawny port-shake and strain-served with a slice of cucumber and a skewer of olives

½ squeezed Lemon
Muddled mint
2 oz Passionfruit pulp
Egg white
Top with Soda Water
Tools: Muddler, Shaker
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime wheel; Optional salted rim
Blanco Tequila, pressed lemon and a splash of passionfriut. Add eggwhite & shake hard. Strain and top with tonic water.

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake and pour

1 SHOT OF PEACH SCHNAPPS

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake and pour
AÑEJO DIVINE
INGEDIENTS
4 oz. Religion Añejo Tequila
4 Ice cubes
Drink Añejo at room temperature or enjoy it with a few cubes of ice.
If you become serious about sipping tequila, consider getting a tequila glass to enjoy your Añejo in. Many also enjoy the tequila in a snifter.

½ a squeezed Blood Orange
½ a squeezed Lemon
Smashed ¼ Red Capsicum
2.5 oz Elderflower Cordial
Top with Soda
Crushed Mint
Tools: Muddler, Shaker
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime wheel; Optional salted rim
Shake and strain into a tall glass-top with soda and a dash of Campari. The red capsicum goes really well with the sweetness of the orange and adds a little spice with the tequila.
